The terms, in plain words
Last updated 25 October 2026. These apply when you order a video from Aerial Studio or use this site.
What you are buying
A package as described on the pricing page at the time you order: the listing video, listing video plus, or the video memorandum, with the files, orientations and revision rounds listed there. Turnaround is counted in business days from the day your payment clears, and the rush option moves it to the next business day where it is offered. If something outside our control delays a video, we tell you as soon as we know.
Ordering and paying
Sending a request does not charge you. We confirm the property against the public records, email you a secure payment link, and start production when it is paid. Prices are in US dollars and are the ones shown when you chose the package. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.
The property, and what the video shows
You confirm that you are entitled to market the property you send us. The lot lines in a video come from county parcel records, the imagery from public orthoimagery programs, and the places, towns and measurements from public data sources, all as they stand when we render. Parcel lines are not a survey and the video labels them as approximate; you are responsible for any disclosure the law requires where you advertise, and for checking that what the video says about the property is right before you publish it.
Revisions and our promise
Each package includes the revision rounds listed on the pricing page; ask for them within 14 days of delivery. If the finished video does not work for your listing after your included revisions, tell us within those 14 days and we refund the order to the original payment method. The memorandum package, which is edited by a person to your brief, is refundable on the same terms.
Ownership
Once paid for, the delivered files are yours to use for any purpose, for as long as you like, with no licence that expires. The underlying imagery and data remain subject to the terms of their sources, which is why the credit line appears in the video. You give us permission to use your logo and brand name in the video you ordered. We may show a finished video in our own portfolio and marketing; if you would rather we did not, tell us when you order or any time afterwards and we will take it down.
Limits
We make the video with care, but it is marketing material built from public records and is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything arising from an order or from this site is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the date at the top moves; the terms that apply to an order are the ones in force when it was placed. Questions go to the contact page.
