A 60 to 90 second listing film, edited by a person.
Cinematic aerial flyover of the property. Our data clips woven in. Callouts for frontage, utilities, access, whatever matters. Music and AI voiceover. Horizontal and vertical, plus a 20 second social cut. Three rounds of revisions.
Next business day instead of two, on the listing video and listing video plus. +$147. The memorandum is edited by a person and keeps its five days.
Several listings a month, or a whole office? Ask us and we will price it for the volume.
Drone footage, engineered site plans, and multi-parcel assemblages drawn as one. If you need one of those, tell us; we will say honestly whether we can.
Pay once, after we confirm the property
When do I pay?
After you send the request, we confirm the property against the county records and email you a secure payment link, usually within one business day. Production starts when it is paid. Nothing is charged before that.
What is the promise?
If the finished video does not work for your listing after your included revisions, we refund the order.
Can I start with the listing video and upgrade?
Yes. Within 30 days of delivery you can move up to listing video plus for the difference in price.
Who owns the video?
You do, outright, for any use. There is no licence that expires and nothing to renew.
