A studio, not a drone company

Every listing already has more drawn about it than a drone could film. The county has recorded the lot lines and the acreage. The state has flown the ground at a resolution where you can count the trees. The businesses around it, the towns within reach and the lie of the land are all on record. A video built from those shows a buyer what the deal is, not just what the field looks like from two hundred feet.

So that is what we build. Send us the address and we draw the county's lines live over the imagery, measure the lot against something the buyer has stood on, trace the contours, pin the places around it and the towns within reach, and cut it together with your branding on it. Then a person looks at every clip before it ships, because a database will happily put a propane cage down as a fuel supplier if nobody is watching.

No drone means no permit, no weather, no travel and no appointment. It also means we can do this for a property in any state, in two business days, for a price that makes sense on a land listing and not only on a tower.

We work with commercial brokers, land brokers, and the owners and developers who list with them. Kentucky is home, which is why the sharpest examples on this site are there; the imagery everywhere else is the national program, and the county lines fit it just as well.
