What we collect, and why
Last updated 25 October 2026.
What you give us
When you start a video we store what you type: the property address or description, the package you chose, the property type, your brand name and website, a logo if you upload one, what you asked us to highlight, and your name, email address, phone number and company. We keep the request from the first step, before you have given us your contact details, so that we can see how many people start and where they stop.
When you use the contact form we store your name, email address and message.
What the site records on its own
Two cookies of ours: one that lets you come back to a request you started (it lasts 30 days), and one that recognises your browser across the links we send so that we count a person once rather than every opening. We also record the page you arrived on, the site that sent you, campaign tags in the link you clicked, and your IP address and browser for security and for telling people from automated mail scanners.
On the public pages we use Google Analytics to count visits and, when we advertise, the Reddit pixel to measure that advertising. The address field on the intake uses Google's address suggestions, and the final step uses Google reCAPTCHA to keep bots out. Each of those providers receives the data needed to provide the service, under its own privacy terms.
Why
To make the video you asked for, to confirm the property with you, to take payment, to deliver the finished files, to answer your messages, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for anything unrelated to the service.
Who handles it for us
Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database; Amazon Web Services or an equivalent object store for uploaded logos and finished videos; Postmark, which sends our email; Stripe, which processes payment (we never see your card number); Google and Reddit for the services above. Each processes data only on our instructions or under its own published terms.
How long we keep it
Requests, orders and finished videos are kept while we work with you and for our records afterwards, because a client often comes back for the next listing. A request that never reached the contact step holds no name or email, only an address and a browser identifier. Write to us and we will delete what we hold about you, except what we must keep for tax and accounting.
Your choices
You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the intake still works, you just will not be able to come back to a half-finished request. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, through the contact page.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top moves and, if you have an open order with us, we will tell you by email.
